Romantic Suspense
Ebook Price: $0.99

Sizzling romance. Killer instinct. Which wins out in the end?

Four top-selling authors create a perfect escape as they take love to the edge of suspense and back, risking life, death, and emotional warfare. Sexy, edgy, and gritty, these four romantic suspense novels will keep you turning the pages, as plots rarely go according to plan, and dangerous situations delay the stories’ coming to climax.

This boxed set includes the full-length romantic suspense novels: According To Plan by Madison J. Edwards, Coming to Climax by Bobbye Terry, Emotional Warfare by Christina Wolfer, and A Perfect Escape by Maddie James.

Have you met Smyth?

Good morning. This is Smyth Parker. If you have read my romantic suspense novel, A PERFECT ESCAPE, you may have already met him. But if not, you'll have a chance to meet him very soon, and, well, you won't have to spend as much money!

Smyth is part of an upcoming romantic suspense boxed set that will release this Wednesday, May 15. The set is called Sex, Lies & Murder, because, well, there is a fair amount of all three in each of these four novels. But here is the best part -- for a limited time, these four, full-length romantic suspense novels are priced at a promotional price of only $0.99.

How could you go wrong with that? I mean, look up at that grin and those eyes, ladies. How can you resist?

More news on the 15th about the release. Until then, feel free to come back here at any time and stare at Smyth a little longer....

The Sophie Chronicles

This girl.

See her smile? This smile greets me every morning and makes me giggle like a little girl. This smile means unconditional love and affection. This smile means that I am totally and completely enamoured with this girl.

My Sophie.

My sister and I, once we were grown and out of our parents' house, used to tease our Mom that her dogs were our siblings. Right now, our current sibling is Missy. She's a great companion for my parents and they, in turn, treat her like gold. I mean, who else gets hand-fed turkey bologna and cheese every day?

But I'm just like them. I never would have guessed I could be so attached to this puppy. But I am. And yeah, I feed her special stuff. Instead of turkey and cheese though, Sophie gets chopped up chicken breasts stirred into her food. Sometimes eggs. Did I mention turkey meatballs. But hey, she's my girl, right?

Sophie is a rescue dog. I got her from the Great Pyrenees Rescue org, although I don't think she has a bit of Pyr in her. Maybe her coat, I don't know. I think she is more collie, than anything. She is a little high-strung, has been in the puppy stage waaaaay too long, and she barks waaaaayyy too much. (ask my neighbors!) She also gives me kisses every morning along with that smile, is protective of me to no end, and gives the best dog hugs ever.

And all of that is worth every destuffed toy animal, chewed flip-flop, and wet stain on the carpet. After all, giggling like a little girl is never a bad thing.

Good Morning!

Good morning! Nothing quite so pretty as peonies popping open and reaching for the sun. This is the first morning they have bloomed and the first thing I saw as I opened my back door this morning.

Don't they look like they are just stretching for every inch of sunshine they can get?

A good reminder for myself. Getting up and out, stretching to reach out for my day, and enjoy the simple things in life.

Happy Wednesday!

This blog.

This blog. Sigh.

This blog is sad. It's pitiful. It's not what it used to be. I know, I know. It's my own fault. Too busy. Blogging gets pushed to the back burner.

It's too bad, really, because there was a time I loved to blog. Loved it!

I hosted author interviews.

I posted about my books.

I did restaurant reviews and posted pictures of my cupcake wars.

I cooked. I decorated my house and shared pictures. I talked about my pets. I posted travelblogs.

You can probably find all of these if you looked in the archives.

That was the point back then. To be random. Write what I wanted when I wanted. Fun. Spontaneous. Life, Unedited.

Maybe that's when I had a life!

No, no. I have a great life! I do. I truly do! I mean, I can live in my pajamas and make the 15 second commute with laptop to my deck, if that's where I want to work. I make my own schedule and am my own boss. Win!

Then why am I not blogging? Argh. It's time to make a commitment.

I did create a cool and funky new header to my blog. See? *look up* That's something, right?

So, I am working on it. There is one thing I know. I need a schedule. Oh, and another thing. I'm moving my book bloggy stuff to another site. That's a decision, right? So all of my posts about my books and releases will now happen over here at Fiction Witches.  Yeah, that's me, too.

Watch for a schedule. I have ideas. It's likely to be random and unedited again, but it will be blogging, right? Oh yes. It will.  Stay tuned.
